This document forms a legal agreement between db33 ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). db33 operates an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform or creating an account you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use db33.

General Terms

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The deposit account and withdrawal account must be the same.
• Transactions using a third party's mobile banking number are prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending until verification is complete.
• db33 reserves the right to request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

db33's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 150% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳5,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount can only be withdrawn after completing 25 times the bonus in betting.
• The bonus is added automatically only at the time of the first deposit.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time.
• Winnings from bonus play are also subject to wagering requirements.
• Promotional offers may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
• If misuse of bonus benefits or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

Gaming Policy

All gaming activities on db33 are conducted in accordance with the following policies:

• Games published on db33 are operated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures unbiased results.
• Betting limits are set according to the individual rules of each game — no betting limit may be exceeded.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, db33 will review the relevant bet and take appropriate action.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• For sports betting, odds may change after a match has started — a member has the right not to accept changed odds.
• db33 is not obliged to pay out winnings obtained from any software bug or error.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on db33 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits (multi-accounting).
• Money laundering or transacting with unlawful funds.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent collusion or coordination with other members.
• Operating an account under a third party's identity.
• Infringement of the site's copyright or intellectual property.
• Harassing other members or staff.

VIP Program

db33's VIP Program is divided into three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.
• Promotion to a higher tier is possible through regular and active gaming activity.
• VIP benefits are subject to db33's discretionary approval and may be changed at any time.
• Cashback benefits are calculated every Monday and distributed subject to applicable terms.
• The main terms and conditions apply equally to VIP accounts.

Limitation of Liability

db33 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Session termination or bet cancellation due to internet disconnection.
• Technical issues with third-party software or game providers.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the member's own negligence.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyber attacks or government intervention.
• Any financial loss arising from gaming — the outcome of gambling is entirely the member's personal decision.

db33 is an entertainment platform. If gaming causes financial difficulties, please follow the responsible gaming guidelines.

Account Closure or Suspension

db33 may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Detection of fraudulent activity or bonus misuse.
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies.
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

If a permanently closed account holds any legitimate deposited funds, db33 will make every effort to return them after verification is complete. However, bonuses and bonus-related winnings from accounts closed due to rule violations will be forfeited.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between db33 and a member, the following process will be followed:

• Step 2: The support team will attempt an initial resolution within 7 business days.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, the matter will be escalated to db33's compliance department.

During the dispute resolution period, the relevant account or funds may be temporarily suspended.

Policy on Changes to Terms

db33 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these rules and terms at any time.

• For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notice on the site.
• Continuing to use the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• The date of the most recent change will be noted at the top of this page.
• For bets or transactions completed before any change, the previous terms will apply.
